Sun Palladium is 49 apartments on Nanthancode Plamood Road (Vayal Road), at PMG Plamoodu, Thiruvananthapuram, on the corridor that runs out from the Secretariat through Palayam and PMG. If your working life is anchored to that end of the city, this page is about whether that is worth anything to you.
We have not printed a distance to the Secretariat
Every other figure on this site came from the promoter and we can point at where. Nobody has given us a measured distance to the Secretariat, so rather than read one off a map and present it as a fact, here is what we do hold for the same part of town: Central Railway Station is 3.5 km, Central Bus Terminal 3.5 km, and Trivandrum International Airport 7 km.
Those first two sit at Thampanoor, which is the same central cluster. Take them as the honest shape of the commute until we publish a measured figure, which we will the moment we have one rather than the moment it would be convenient.

A short commute
A central address is bought for the twenty minutes it gives back every morning, not for the square footage. If you are comparing this with something larger further out, that is the trade you are making and it is worth making deliberately.
A finished locality
PMG Plamoodu was built out decades ago. The schools and the hospitals near it already exist, so nothing about the neighbourhood depends on a plan being delivered.
Light on two sides
There are 4 homes to a floor and one at each end of the plate, so every home takes light from two directions. In a central tower that is not a given.
The part that will not suit everybody
Possession on the registration is 5 July 2031. That is a long way out, and if you need to move within a year or two this is not your project. We would rather say that here than have you find it on the K-RERA portal after a site visit.
The registration number is K-RERA/PRJ/TVM/133/2026 and you can check every word of this against it yourself. That is what the number is for.
