What we do with what you tell us
This covers this website, palladium.sunprojectsindia.com, and the WhatsApp number it opens. Sun Projects India Private Limited is responsible for the information you send through it. Last updated 13 October 2026.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name and phone number, which you have to give for us to reply, and three things you can leave blank: which home you are asking about, a day you could visit and whether morning or afternoon suits, and anything specific you want to say. The form does not ask for your email address.
It also records three things you do not type: the time you sent it, the internet address your browser sent it from, and the name your browser reports for itself. Those exist so a duplicate submission can be told from two different buyers, and so a broken form can be diagnosed.
What we do with it
We use it to call you back about this project and to arrange a visit. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not listed below.
Who sees it
- Sun Projects India Private Limited, the promoter of this project, who will call you.
- Paizah, who build and run this website and the WhatsApp assistant for Sun Homes, and who can see enquiries in order to keep both working.
- The services that carry it. The website is hosted by Netlify, which stores your enquiry. The notification email is sent by Resend. Your enquiry is recorded in Getlead, the customer records system Sun Homes uses. WhatsApp messages travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta.
The WhatsApp buttons on this site open Sun Homes's own number. Messages to it are answered by an automated assistant that Paizah operates on their behalf, and a person can take over the conversation at any point. What you write is used to answer you and is kept with your enquiry. If you would rather speak to a person from the start, call the number on the contact page.
Measurement and cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and it carries no tracking pixel. Nothing here follows you to other websites.
How long it is kept
For as long as the enquiry is live and afterwards as a business record. If you ask us to delete it we will, except where we are required to keep a record of a transaction.
Asking for a copy, or for deletion
Write to mail@sunprojectsindia.com or call +919930699699. Tell us the phone number you enquired with, so we can find it. We will confirm when it is done.
