It is one of the parts of Thiruvananthapuram that was finished decades ago, which is why the schools, the hospitals and the shops around it already exist rather than appearing in a brochure. What is around PMG Plamoodu

The short answer is that most of what a family drives to every week is inside three kilometres. SUT Hospital is 1.5 km and Cosmopolitan Hospital 2 km. Holy Angels School is 1 km, with Arya Central School and Kendriya Vidyalaya at 1.5 and 1.5 km. Central Railway Station is 3.5 km and Trivandrum International Airport 7 km.

The trade is the usual one for a central address. You are buying into a locality that is already built, so nothing about it is going to improve dramatically, and equally nothing about it is speculative. If you want a larger plot for the same money you will be looking further out, and you will be driving.
